Any employer account registered on Poached can enjoy the flexibility and security of Poached Shifts. Access the Shifts tab from the side navigation panel in your Poached account— this provides all the tools for you to manage your Shifts, view archived Shifts, and review applicants.
Poached requires all new Shift workers to fulfill a thorough onboarding process that includes verification of a Stripe account, Poached Shift Profile completion, a series of videos providing education on Shift policies and procedures and a final review by our Onboarding team.
