  • Poached registered email address
  • Phone number
  • Shift employer name
  • Shift date(s)
  • Shift clock in/out times, including breaks
  • Shift position
  • A detailed description of the issue you are experiencing
  • Screenshots of your issue

*Please note: Employers have 24 hours after an invoice is submitted to review and issue payment

If we have to process your shift payment manually (without an invoice), it will have a 2-3 business day processing time, including Stripe accounts linked to a debit card.
