If you need to change the option for the Worker Eligibility Setting for any reason, this can be completed through your Poached account. Please follow the instructions listed below.
- Log into your account.
- Click on the Shifts tab in your side panel
- Click on the ellipsis (3 dots) to the right of Review Workers of the desired Shift
- Click on Edit Shift
- Scroll down and click on Save Changes
- In the preview page, scroll down and select a new option
- Click on Save Changes to finalize
And you’re all set!
