Poached is here to help fill shifts for you, providing you with a little relief from your workload.
Don’t worry, Poached will still send you notifications when your Shift gets booked. You can view the worker’s profile and if unsatisfied, you can decline the booking to receive a different worker.
Using your Shift Roster will supply you with more control over which workers book your Shifts. A part of the Shift post process, you will be able to select an option of letting any worker or applying your rostered workers to book your shifts.
