Workers can book your Shift as soon it is published and live
Restaurants and hospitality establishments are known for their busy and fast-paced environments. However, as a manager or owner, you often have many other responsibilities that make it difficult to find workers to cover shifts. That's where Poached comes in to help! We understand the challenges you face and are here to provide some relief by filling Shifts for you.
Don’t worry, Poached will still send you notifications when your Shift gets booked. You can view the worker’s profile and if unsatisfied, you can decline the booking and receive a different worker.
Using your Shift Roster will supply you with more control over which workers book your Shifts. A part of the Shift post process, you will be able to select an option of letting any worker or applying your rostered workers to book your shifts.
