When you work a shift through Poached Shifts, you are covered under our Occupational Accident Policy with Insuring on Demand Insurance. Occupational Accident is an insurance policy covering independent contractors against injuries that happen in connection with work done through Poached. Occupational Accident provides benefits for medical expenses, disability, loss of life, survivor payments, dismemberment, and paralysis for covered injuries directly caused by an accident on the job.
